By downloading, installing, or using Fire & Ash ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.
Fire & Ash is developed and operated by AbdiAI ("we," "our," or "us").
2. Description of Service
Fire & Ash is an elemental merge & battle game that allows players to:
- Collect and merge elemental creatures across 4 families (Fire, Water, Earth, Air)
- Battle opponents using strategic element advantages
- Progress through 100 levels per element family
- Open chests, spin the lucky wheel, and earn rewards
- Purchase gems and packs for enhanced gameplay
3. In-App Purchases & Gem System
3.1 How Gems Work
- Gems (💎) are the premium in-game currency
- Gems can be used to open chests, buy boosts, spin the lucky wheel, and more
- Gem packs range from 100 gems to 17,000 gems
- A Starter Pack bundle is available with gems, gold, and boosters
3.2 Purchase Terms
All in-app purchases are:
- Processed by Apple through the App Store
- Non-refundable except as required by applicable law
- Consumable (used during gameplay)
- Non-transferable between devices
Important: All game data, including gems and progress, is stored locally on your device. If you delete the Game or change devices, your progress and purchased items cannot be recovered or transferred.
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or manipulate the Game's systems or gem economy
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Game
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
- Distribute, sell, or transfer your game account or in-game items
- Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
- Interfere with other players' enjoyment of the Game
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access to the Game without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
- The Game, including all artwork, characters, element designs, music, sound effects, and code, is owned by AbdiAI
- Fire & Ash name, logo, and branding are trademarks of AbdiAI
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Game
- Screenshots and gameplay recordings may be shared on social media with attribution to Fire & Ash
6. Game Content & Virtual Items
6.1 Virtual Currency & Items
Gems, gold, elements, boosters, and all other in-game items are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use these items within the Game.
6.2 Game Balance Updates
We reserve the right to modify game balance, including element stats, gem costs, rewards, and other gameplay parameters, to improve the overall game experience. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
- The Game will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Game results will meet your expectations
- Specific gameplay outcomes or drop rates
- Continuous availability of specific features
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABDIAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of game data, progress, or virtual items
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months
9. Refund Policy
In-app purchases are generally non-refundable. However:
- If a purchase fails to deliver due to a technical error, contact us for assistance
- For purchase-related refund requests, contact Apple directly through the App Store
- We may grant goodwill refunds at our sole discretion
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Game or on this page.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity or exploitation
- At our sole discretion for any reason
Upon termination, your remaining virtual items and currency will be forfeited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
